Who we are
SORD — the Sudanese Organisation for Reconstruction & Development — is a Sudanese NGO channeling international funding into verified programs on the ground.
Our mission
We exist so that aid intended for Sudan reaches Sudan. SORD works under and alongside international NGOs as their implementation partner — receiving funds, delivering programs, and reporting back with full transparency.
Our teams are Sudanese, our operations are local, and our accountability is international. That combination lets partners fund work in communities they could not otherwise reach.
SORD is registered at state level, with its head office in Khartoum and branches in Khartoum, Gezira, Gedaref, Red Sea, and White Nile states.
From partner funding to field delivery

An international NGO funds a program and defines its goals with us.

SORD teams implement on the ground with local staff and suppliers.

Every program is documented, audited, and reported back to the funder.
