How SORD reports to its funding partners
SORD exists so that aid intended for Sudan reaches Sudan — and can be proven to have reached it. Every grant we implement comes with a reporting calendar that starts in the first month of delivery, not at the end of the project.
What partners receive
Each month, every funding partner receives a delivery report for their grant: budget against expenditure, delivery progress, and status. Distribution days are registered and photographed, and expenditure detail with receipts is available on request.
Organisation-wide, 89% of every dollar received goes to programs on the ground. How that figure is calculated is set out in our Financial Transparency Statement, published on the Reports page.
Due diligence, ready to review
Our safeguarding policy, anti-fraud and AML policy, and code of conduct are public. NGOs considering a partnership can download the full pack from the Partner Portal and start with a 30-minute introductory call.
